Very happy to have joined the team of contributors at El País Gastro, the new section of Spain’s leading newspaper El País.
My first story (writing and photography) is about a woman I deeply admire, Marigel Álvarez, a self-made entrepreneur who saved one of Asturias’s most legendary cheeses from disappearing and who also runs a charming rural hotel in one of Asturias’ most beautiful rural settings: Redes Natural Park.
