New writing work (in Spanish) for Gourmets, featuring a wine project that was born out of necessity: what to do with the 2020 grape harvest, when wineries weren’t buying small producers’ fruit because of the pandemic? Small grape growers joined forces and the outcome couldn’t be better. The story is included in the October issue, out now.

New writing work (in Spanish) for Gourmets, an interview with renowned London chef Skye Gyngell of Spring restaurant and biodynamic farmer Jane Scotter of Fern Verrow farm. The interview focuses on how they are joining forces to reduce food waste, both on the farm and at the restaurant.

New writing work for Gourmets, an interview with renowned Spanish chef Nieves Barragán. She is a star chef in the London food scene, having made the tapas culture approachable for Londoners from Barrafina first, and now from her own restaurant, Sabor.
