New work for Whetstone magazine, a long form feature on roxóns, a pork meat dish from northern Spain that is very attached to peasant culture and rural seasonal celebrations.
This mag is a favourite indie publication. With a focus on championing food to expand human empathy and challenging mainstream trends, they publish unique food stories from around the world.
