Very excited to share some new work for National Geographic Spain. The story focuses on E5 Bakehouse, a bakery in London with a strong focus on sustainability and provenance. A good example of their commitment is that they mill their own flour, and they are now starting to grow their own grains.

Very excited to share some new work for National Geographic Spain. The story focuses on unspoilt Scotland, mainly the Highlands, and the rules that apply when walking in the wild. It’s been a delight to write since Scotland is one of my favourite places to walk.
